Course Description:
This course teaches the basics of Linux including installation and configuration. Students will learn to use Linus to employ the following Linux services: FTP, NFS, SLIP/PPP, Samba, Apache Web Server and Print Services. Students will also learn the basics of system administration including: security, user management, and system management including files and directories.
