Course Description:

Introduces business systems analysis. Topics include project initiation; preliminary and detailed investigation and analysis; design of systems I/0; file design; systems processing; controls. The laboratory segment focuses on the use of these tools and techniques to develop the system life cycle and prepare feasibility reports, walk-through exercises, system approval, and follow-up; and the use of CASE tools to supplement the required test material.
