Course Description:
Students will learn to independently conduct thorough law library research and draft memorandums of law on a variety of legal issues. The focus will be on proficient legal analytical research and writing. Students will draft seven memorandums of law, each one more complex, which they should be able to use as professional writing samples. LEC
