Components of a business plan for launching or expanding small businesses. Communicate a detailed description of the entrepreneurial idea, develop methodologies used in strategic planning, locate and evaluate various types of capital sources for financing a small business (e.g. bank financing, investors, agency financing, and customer/employee financing), and construct a formal business plan.
