Course Description:

This course is designed for students who have an interest in the healthcare field, in order to prepare for or accelerate a career in healthcare and/or the medical products industry (devices, drugs, diagnostics). You will learn the principles of materials science (chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering) as they relate to material interactions with cells, tissues, and organs (biology, physiology, biophysics).
