The goal of the Sales Leadership Certificate Program is to provide you with a valuable in depth understanding of the field of Sales Management and Leadership. This comprehensive program will increase your effectiveness and maximize the contributions you may make in this role, enabling you to effectively manage and lead a sales organization.

Effective sales management is the cornerstone to any business enterprise. This series of Seven 6-hour workshops leads to an in-depth understanding of sales management and leadership. This program is designed for those with little or no knowledge of the sales management function, or as a useful update for those more experienced in the field. By the end of these workshops, participants will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of sales leadership and will be able to implement, manage and direct the most critical aspects of sales management functions without supervision.

SALES LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: An introduction to sales management and leadership. 15 hours of classroom instruction leading to 1.5 CEU’s. The goal of The Sales Leadership Fundamentals Certificate program (SLF) is to provide a strong foundation or reinforcement of proven leadership principles. MIL is a perfect baseline preparing a new manager for the advanced Sales Leadership Certificate Program.
Who Should Attend:
Effective sales leadership is the cornerstone to any business development enterprise. This series of 3-5 hour seminars is an ideal introduction to the main issues which Sales leaders face daily. This program is designed for those with little or no knowledge of the Sales management function, or for those employees from other disciplines who find themselves taking on oversight of the sales process responsibilities. It will also serve as a useful update for those more experienced in the field. By the end of these seminars participants will understand enough information to implement most Sales management functions without supervision.

Payment of program fees and refund policies
Course fees are listed with each course found in noncredit course schedule. Students registered for noncredit courses may receive a full refund if our office is notified in writing prior to the first day of class. Noncredit course fees will not be refunded starting with the first day of class.
Certificate Program Requirements: The Sales Leadership Certification program consists of Seven, 6 hour seminars that are required to complete certification requirements. Classes are held Fridays from 11-5 on the following Seven Fridays Nov 20, Dec 18, Jan 15, Feb 19, March 19, April 16,May 21.
UB Certificates of Completion and 4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) will be awarded to students who successfully complete the entire sequence of seminars.
The Sales Leadership Fundamentals Certification program consists of three, 5 hour sessions that are required to complete certification requirements. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9AM -2PM on the following dates November 21, 28, December 5. UB Certificates of Completion and 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) will be awarded to students who successfully complete the entire sequence of seminars.
